Rick Dodson
Principal and Founder, RD5 Business Advisors
Rick Dodson is the Principal and Founder of RD5 Business Advisors. Rick formed RD5 to bring a servant-leadership approach to helping business owners save time, drive profitable revenue growth, and achieve their desired success. The “5” in RD5 represents the 5 Core Value Actions that are the foundation for everything that the company does.
Rick brings a strong finance background with over 20 years of experience as the Chief Operating Officer of several small to mid-size law firms, 5 years as Controller and then VP Finance of a public pharmaceutical distribution company and 9 years of public accounting firm experience at the start of his career.
When not creating value for business owners, you can find Rick on the pickleball courts. He is an avid pickleball player and certified instructor.
